Yoga Classes - Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 7:15-8:15

  • The moment Tina completed her first yoga class as a student, a passion was born.

Offering affordable and attainable yoga sessions, Tina is a 200 hour certified Vinyasa yoga teacher and 200 hour certified Hatha yoga teacher, as well as holding certifications in Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra.

Welcome Yoga embodies the spirit of "If you can breathe, you CAN do yoga." We invite anyone with any body type and any level of fitness to participate, meeting folks where they are! We want to help people explore a sense of well-being or just down right provide a space for them to simply take part, whatever their reasons. Each session provides compassionate cues to cultivate an inclusive class that is especially mindful of newcomers to the mat, no matter the fitness level or mobility range.

Join Tina every Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 7:15pm – 8:15pm for the following class schedule:

  • Sunday Rest and Relaxation (Yoga Nidra + Restorative)

  • Monday Mellow Flow (YIN + Gentle Vinyasa/Hatha Flow)

  • Wednesday Strength and Relaxation (Vinyasa Strength Flow + Restorative)

  • Friday Unwind (Vinyasa/Hatha Flow)

Sunday and Wednesday participants must have 3 yoga blankets (or other suitable blankets that when the long edges are folded together it is roughly the size of a yoga mat), or a large bolster and a blanket or two and 2 blocks
